When you submit one of our forms (Media Kit inquiry, Contact, Fan Quiz) we collect the data you provide: name, email address, and where relevant your brand name, message, or quiz answers. We also collect standard web analytics data when you visit the site: page views, referrer, device type, approximate location (country / city), and interaction events. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Form data is used to respond to your inquiry, qualify sponsorship fit, or personalise your fan profile. Analytics data is used to understand site performance and audience interest. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) tool, hosted by LeadConnector / GoHighLevel in the United States. Analytics are processed by Google (Google Tag Manager + GA4), Meta (Pixel + Conversions API), and Microsoft Clarity. Each provider has their own privacy policy linked from their respective documentation.
Inquiry data is retained for as long as the conversation is active plus 24 months for follow-up. Analytics data follows the retention defaults of each provider (typically 14-26 months). You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing the address in section 1.
If you are in the EU, UK, or California you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, and (where applicable) data portability. Send any request to the email in section 1 and we will respond within 30 days.
We use cookies for analytics (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, Clarity) and to remember UTM parameters across a session for attribution. We do not use cookies for advertising profiling beyond Meta's standard conversion tracking. Cookies load only after first interaction with the page, not on initial load.
When a video, pinned comment, Shorts integration, or community post contains paid sponsor content, it is disclosed in the video description, on the post itself, and (for mid-roll reads) verbally by Sohan as required by FTC guidelines.
The site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a parent or guardian believes their child has submitted data through one of our forms, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy occasionally. The 'Last updated' date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on this page for at least 30 days.
